Meet Mason Castricone

Business, psychology, technology, and entrepreneurship have fascinated me for as long as I can remember. While most people entering marketing were learning the latest platform hack, I became obsessed with something more durable: understanding the decision a customer makes right before they say yes — and how a business can generate that decision predictably, month after month.

That curiosity shaped my education. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology, pairing the mechanics of how companies make money with the science of how people choose. It's a combination that turns marketing from creative guesswork into something you can model, test, and scale.

I later joined Florida Soundproofing, and the role expanded far beyond traditional marketing almost immediately. Instead of only running advertisements, I became involved in nearly every lever of growth in the business — from the first click all the way to a signed proposal and a completed project.

That real-world experience taught me the lesson that still drives everything I build: marketing cannot exist in isolation. It has to work together with sales, operations, customer experience, and business systems — or the leads never turn into revenue.
